By starting onboarding or paying for a Homeworks Advantage package, you agree to these terms with Cleverwork / AIA4 (“we,” “us”).
Packages
Published packages (Website $97, SmartWebsite $297, Premium $497 monthly, or successor names) include only the deliverables listed on the pricing pages. Work outside the menu is optional, quoted separately, and never assumed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, licensing, and branding materials needed for delivery.
- Maintain access to Google Business Profile, domains, and GHL where the package requires it.
- Approve weekly/monthly improvements within the cadence of your tier when approvals are required.
Payment & cancellation
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless a written order says otherwise. Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal; work already delivered in the current period remains due. Chargebacks for completed scoped work may result in suspension of access.
IP & brand assets
You retain ownership of your trademarks and materials you supply. We retain ownership of our frameworks, templates, and tooling. Upon paid delivery, you receive a license to use the site and automations built for your business under the active package.
